All content, branding, designs, text, graphics, code, and other materials on Adriftic’s website are the intellectual property of Adriftic unless otherwise stated. Clients retain ownership of their own branding and assets but grant Adriftic a limited license to use them for service delivery.

Our services may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, analytics tools, hosting providers). Adriftic is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of such third-party services. Clients must comply with their terms and conditions as well.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

a. Adriftic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of the use of our services.
b. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adriftic, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

a. Your misuse of our services.
b. Your breach of these Terms.
c. Your violation of third-party rights.

10. Termination
